As a Clinical Associate II, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.
A Better Way to Practice ABA
Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.
You'll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands-on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
- Other play-based, developmental approaches
This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
In this role, you will:
- Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic where every child can feel comfortable learning.
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
- Model the use of child-centered, relationship-based practices
- Complete the required 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing mentorship.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training
- Experience working with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work
- A playful, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting young children

Compensation
$19 - $27 hourly
