Experience the difference of direct BCBA-delivered care - individualized, focused, and relationship-based

Partner with our BCBAs at Aria Alessia Kids Health Clinic to support your child's growth, helping them engage and thrive in life.

At Aria Alessia Kids Health Clinic, we provide Coaching and Behavior Therapy program for children with developmental, behavioral, and social challenges. All services are delivered directly 1 on 1 by a BCBA. This program does not make use of behavior technicians or behavior analysis interventionists.

A personalized, relationship-based approach to support your family and help your child thrive in school, at home, and in daily life.

At Aria Alessia Kids Health Clinic, our Coaching and Behavior therapy programs are built on a foundation of evidence-based practices, personalized care, and meaningful relationships. We believe that every child and family deserves individualized attention that recognizes their unique strengths, challenges, and goals.

At our clinic's Coaching and Behavior Therapy Program, every session is led directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — not by technicians. This means your child and family receives expert, one-on-one attention at every step. We believe effective therapy begins with understanding each child’s unique strengths, interests, and learning style. Through a collaborative approach, we empower parents and caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their child's development and success.

Interventions We Use

Our therapy integrates evidence-based methods tailored to each child’s age, needs, and learning style. Every intervention is delivered directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure precision, engagement and progress.

  • Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI): Play-based and relationship-centered, NDBI methods build early social, language, and learning skills within natural routines. Children learn through shared joy, turn-taking, and meaningful play rather than rote drills.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): ACT helps children and families manage emotions, build resilience, and develop meaningful goals. This approach fosters emotional regulation, goal-setting, and mindfulness to create a more positive and fulfilling life. It helps families move from struggle toward meaningful change and confident follow-through at home.
  • Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT): PRT targets key “pivotal” areas—like motivation, self-initiation, and flexibility—that lead to broad improvements across many skills. Sessions are playful and child-led, helping learners become active participants in their own growth.
  • Social Skills: We help children develop social skills through role-playing, modeling, and interactive activities. This approach helps children learn to interact with others, build relationships, and navigate social situations.
  • Parent Coaching: We provide parents with the tools and strategies needed to support their child's development and success.
  • Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) & Behavior Support Planning: We identify the purpose behind behaviors and teach practical, positive alternatives. Each plan is individualized, proactive, and rooted in compassion and data.
  • Skill-Building & Executive Function Training: Therapy includes structured yet flexible teaching to strengthen attention, organization, coping, and independence—skills that translate across home, school, and community life.

How does Coaching and Behavior Therapy Program work?

1. Intake (90 minutes)

Meet with your BCBA to discuss your child's history, strengths, and goals. Together, we identify priority areas for growth and outline the next steps for assessment.

2. Initial Assessments

The next 2-4 visits will be used to gather data and develop a comprehensive treatment plan for your child's current skills and needs. Through structured observation, direct interaction and play-based activities, your BCBA evaluates communication, learning, and behavior patterns. This data helps us create a personalized plan of care that addresses your child's unique strengths and challenges.

3. Therapy Sessions (60 or 90 minutes)

Depending on your child's needs, therapy sessions may be 60 or 90 minutes. Sessions are scheduled to occur 1-4 times per week, depending on your child's needs and goals. All sessions are delivered directly by a BCBA, no technicians or behavior analysis interventionists.

4. Parent Coaching

Parents are active partners. Your BCBA provides step-by-step coaching and home strategies so you can confidently support your child’s progress between sessions. This ongoing support helps reinforce skills, build confidence, and ensure lasting change.

5. School & Team Collaboration

With your consent, we coordinate with teachers, and care providers to ensure your child’s goals are supported across all settings. This collaborative approach helps build consistency, reinforce skills, and create a supportive environment for your child’s growth.
