At Aria Alessia Kids Health Clinic, our Supported Steps programs are built on a foundation of evidence-based practices, personalized care, and meaningful relationships. We believe that every child and family deserves individualized attention that recognizes their unique strengths, challenges, and goals. We offer a structured, individualized ABA therapy program designed to support children through meaningful, relationship-based interactions. This program is led directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with a focus on building communication, engagement, and functional skills within natural, supportive contexts.
At our clinic's Supported Steps Program, every session is led directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — not by technicians. This means your child and family receives expert, one-on-one attention at every step. We believe effective therapy begins with understanding each child’s unique strengths, interests, and learning style. Through a collaborative approach, we support parents and caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their child's development and success.
Our therapy integrates evidence-based methods tailored to each child’s age, needs, and learning style. Every intervention is delivered directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure precision, engagement and progress.
Meet with your BCBA to discuss your child's history, strengths, and family goals. Together, we identify priority areas for growth and outline the next steps for assessment.
The next 1-3 visits will be used to gather data and develop a comprehensive treatment plan for your child's current skills and needs. Through structured observation, direct interaction and play-based activities, your BCBA evaluates communication, learning, and behavior patterns. This data helps us create a personalized plan of care that addresses your child's unique strengths, area of need and challenges.
Depending on your child's and family's needs, sessions can be scheduled in flexible blocks (2-8 hours per session). All sessions are delivered directly by a BCBA, no technicians or RBTs. Sessions are focused on communication development, social interaction and play, emotional regulation, daily living and adaptive skills.
Parents are active partners. Your BCBA provides step-by-step coaching and practical home strategies so you can confidently support your child’s progress between sessions. This ongoing support helps reinforce skills, build confidence, and and ensure meaningful, lasting progress.
With your consent, we coordinate with teachers, therapists and other care providers to ensure your child’s goals are supported across all settings. This collaborative approach helps build consistency, reinforce skills, and create a supportive environment for your child’s growth and success. We also work with schools to provide input for IEPs and school-based supports (as needed).
Unique to our model, all services in our Supported Steps Program are delivered directly by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the highest quality of care.
